Film about an important episode in Brazilian History: the Araguaya guerrilla. In the 1970s, when Brazil was ruled by a military dictatorship, some left-wing militants and peasants took arms against the Army, in the Amazon. Right in the middle of the conflict, there stood a French priest who had come to the region in the 1960s, and got involved in the events leading to the rebellion.

The Pássaros Juninos are folkloric groups that clebrate teatrical acts in belém, northern Brazil.

Young Deisy (Ana Letícia) dreams of moving to bustling Belém, but instead she lives on Combu Island, across the river, cut off from the city she often admires from afar. Her mother (Dira Paes), aware of her daughter’s longing, wants to help her achieve it — though her husband (Adriano Barroso) is firmly against the idea. Together, mother and daughter hatch a plan to make the dream a reality.

Three people live near echa other, but don't know themselves, until a accident put them side to side.

Faced with Pedro's paternal overprotection, the young Diana sees in the exchange outside the country the chance to carry out her project of independence. Unbeknownst to her father, Diana and her brother Adriano plan to leave home and start a new life.
