Biography
Brionne Davis is an accomplished actor, director, and producer with a diverse career in theater, film, and television. Born in Dallas, Texas, in 1976, Davis has developed his career in various locations, including Austin, New York City, and Los Angeles. He is best known for his leading role in the Academy Award-nominated film "Embrace of the Serpent" (2015), where he portrays a character based on the American ethnobotanist Richard Evans Schultes. Davis's work has garnered critical acclaim, including nominations for the Academy Award and the Sundance Alfred P. Sloan Award. He has also appeared in "Narcos Mexico" season 2 and has guest-starred in the Hulu series "Castle Rock" and Showtime's "Ray Donovan". In addition to his acting and directing roles, Davis is a producer and has developed courses for actors and directors, inspired by his extensive experience in the industry.
