Deep down in the Pacific Ocean in the subterranean city of Bikini Bottom lives a square yellow sponge named SpongeBob SquarePants. SpongeBob lives in a pineapple with his pet snail, Gary, loves his job as a fry cook at the Krusty Krab, and has a knack for getting into all kinds of trouble without really trying. When he's not getting on the nerves of his cranky next door neighbor Squidward, SpongeBob can usually be found smack in the middle of all sorts of strange situations with his best buddy, the simple yet lovable starfish, Patrick, or his thrill-seeking surfer-girl squirrel pal, Sandy Cheeks.

Jonathan Switcher, an unemployed artist, finds a job as an assistant window dresser for a department store. When Jonathan happens upon a beautiful mannequin he previously designed, she springs to life and introduces herself as Emmy, an Egyptian under an ancient spell. Despite interference from the store's devious manager, Jonathan and his mannequin fall in love while creating eye-catching window displays to keep the struggling store in business.

Popular and dashing American singer Nick Rivers travels to East Germany to perform in a music festival. When he loses his heart to the gorgeous Hillary Flammond, he finds himself caught up in an underground resistance movement. Rivers joins forces with Agent Cedric and Flammond to attempt the rescue of her father, Dr. Paul, from the Germans, who have captured the scientist in hopes of coercing him into building a new naval mine.

Jane, a struggling but perpetually stoned actress, has a busy day ahead. She has several important tasks on her list, including buying more marijuana. Even though she already has a good start on the day's planned drug use, she eats her roommate's pot-laced cupcakes and embarks on a series of misadventures all over Los Angeles.

Randy Bodek works as a pizza delivery boy at Señor Pizza to make a few extra bucks. Some customers are special, though: When the order is for a pizza with extra anchovies, it means the female customers are looking for some loving. But, as Randy soon learns, life as a professional gigolo can get pretty complicated.

An animated film compiled by David Ehrlich consisting of 27 animators from different countries all explaining themselves through their animation.

The bizarre adventures of the cartoon character Foska, drawn by 22 animators working in collaboration. Each animator worked on his or her own sequence only and did not know what action preceded or followed his or her sequence, except that the first drawing of a sequence is the last drawing from the previous sequence. Preserved by the Academy Film Archive in 2010.

A frog is driving his alligator-shaped car when he is stopped by a shapely she-frog who steps into the road. She tells him that her house is haunted, so he goes along to assist.

Anita the duck buys a psychic device at a novelty store in an alternate universe and creates mayhem at a crazy party.

This surreal cartoon follows Quasi, Anita and their pet robot Rollo to the Quackadero, a futuristic amusement park where thoughts, time, dreams and memories become playthings for the weird and wacky clientele.

Created and produced as a sample of the proposed (never realized) animated feature. "It was like a 30's musical in which Anita left the alligator farm to pursue her dream of opening the ultimate tropical nightclub. I had a script and storyboard [...] Nightclub of the future with live alligators and a tipsy train that serves drinks." -SC

Day in the life of a shoe salesman.

Candy commercial. With lyrics like, "chewy, delicious, bigger than your finger," or was it "bigger than you figure"? Anyway, I designed and directed this commercial right after Ruthless People. A number of very talented animators working at Playhouse Pictures did the animation. The product never took off-- it was like chewing gum, but you swallowed it.
