The series tells the story of Nadav Feldman , a young social worker , who discovers that he is adopted and finds himself in the depths of his biological father's family, Baruch Asulin, a leader of an organized crime syndicate in Israel known as "Ha-Borer"(The Arbitrator), due to his activities as an arbitrator in disputes in the underworld. The series focuses on the combination of dramatic stretches , the conflict between the norms of society including crime, especially norms and codes of conduct of the underworld. Among other highlights of the series, in a satirical way, the contrast between certain behaviors of some of the heroes of the series (as a demonstration of piety) and other behaviors (such as the blatant disregard for human life).

After the Israeli box office success of the first film, Avihu, Betzalel, and Natty return to theaters - this time, to save Shuli from the Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. The trio embarks on a wild adventure across Japan, along with Bat Sheva, Shuli's boss at his Tokyo restaurant job, and Roboko - a female android. After the legendary Festigal director Hanoch Rozen is offered the opportunity to direct the Milan Music Awards, the veteran Festigal actress Eliana Tidhar is burdened to assume his role. However, she is unable to present an original story to the cranky CEO, as all of her concepts are too similar to previous shows. Trying to get inspiration, Eliana and the rest of the cast accidentally get teleported into the Kingdom of Fantasia from Festigal 2006. They discover many things have changed over the years, including that a new Ice Queen has risen, forcing her daughter to marry a buffoon prince.
