Biography
Dragoljub Mićko Ljubičić is a Serbian actor, humorist, and comedian best known for his involvement with Indexovo radio pozorište. He studied at the University of Belgrade and was simultaneously involved with music and theatre. From 1982 until 1985 he played in two bands: Petar i zli vuci and Kapetan Belkanto. In 1984 he joined Indexovo radio pozorište (Index's Radio Theatre) a popular Serbian radio programme that eventually grew into a theatrical group. In 1993 he appeared in director Želimir Žilnik's semi-documentary film Tito po drugi put medju Srbima. He played the role of Josip Broz Tito, who returns from the dead to Serbia that's ruled by Slobodan Milošević, and talks with random people on the streets of Belgrade about their current grievances. From 1985 and onwards he founded and became the director of "Tim talenata" marketing agency. He has since been involved with several productions and radio shows as well as written the book "Nacionalni park Srbija" (National Park Serbia).
Known For

The backbone of the "Državni Posao (Government Job)" are satirical talks between the three actors, the comments are reminiscent of the "stand-up" form. These are short, witty comments and observations on daily life, circumstances, sociopolitical situation, sports, entertainment world, their personal opinions on various topics. The main idea is to present day in a non-existent government company and three employees of thinking about daily events in it, but also about life and society in general. Topics drawn from the daily and weekly press, for various blogs, websites, talk about movies, series, shows - radio and television. The idea is that actors humorously comment on current events, to laugh viewers and encourage them to think about them.

The Village Is Burning... and So On

The plot of this film can be viewed from a two different levels. The first is universal and deals with the psychological theme of need for competition in the group, highlighting the need for the victory, which in life usually does not depend on the true virtues of the winner, so the result is usually tragicomic. The story talks about the choice of the most noble work. Selected participants arrive at the guesthouse on the border between Croatia and Serbia to prepare for the final act of the competition and the jury's decision. Seven competitors have a rather narrow view of the world. Even when the big events, such as ethnic conflicts in this part of the Balkans, the contestants insist to proceed the competition and to choose the hero of heroes, even though the very idea of competition has become anachronistic under the pressure of current events (the anger of the local Serbian population of the newly established Croatian authorities).
Save Our Souls

A young reporter girl nicknamed Cream Pie writes an article on money-making in small businesses. She meets a married shoemaker who falls for her and steals his wife's money for their love nest, but Cream Pie discovers it by accident and takes it to the newspapers' office. Shoemaker's wife interferes into this whole confusion and the whole fuss resolves at a hospital.
Majstor i Šampita

In a rented apartment in Belgrade lives Srećko, who always plays the same combination of lotteries in the hope to win a premium one day. Local seller of lottery tickets, Višnja, is In him the love him. One evening, Srecko gets premium worth of several million euros. Helpless Srećko looses his ticket and his memory. However, the winning lottery paper, by unfortunate circumstances, reaches the hands of Žile and Sale, the owner of the local cafes. Unprepared to manage this money, they go to the Greek island Corfu in the hopes that will inspired them for a business. Two suspicious Belgrade "businessman" fallow them to Corfu to steal them the ticket.
