A biopic of an influential Serbian political activist, literary critic and philosopher. Svetozar Markovic developed an activist anthropological philosophy with a definite program of social change, which set foundations for socialist ideals in his homeland.

But the most important segment of the story revolves around rivalry between two city's football clubs - Radnicki and Gradjanski.

A committee made up to investigate illegal masonry in Yugoslavia causes more problems both for the builders and government, and in fact no one have any use of it. The pressure from all sides makes committee work less diligently.
