Well known for his believes in fairness, justice, and fair play, Raja Prithviraj holds sway over a large rural territory in India. His word is the law, and no one would dare to cross swords with him. Prithviraj lives with his only daughter, Tejeshwani, in their exclusive palace. Years later, Tejeshwani has now grown up, attends college, on occasion with her pet cheetah, meets with handsome young fellow collegian, and after several misunderstandings and confrontations, both fall in love with each other. When Prithviraj comes to know of Arjun, he invites him to his palace, insults him, and asks him never to see Tejeshwani again. Watch what Arjun and Tejeshwani do to change her father's mind, knowing fully well that no one in their community will stand up against the Raja.

Siva is a new student in the community college. He is welcomed by a group of collegians, including the lovely Asha, to whom Shiva is instantly attracted. She soon starts to transform him, with considerable success. She names him Deepak, so that he has a name others can call him by. Deepak receives a contract to kill Kaameshwari (Rohini Hattangadi) by Jaikal (Amrish Puri).

Honest retired Judge Justice Deenanath live a happy life-style with his wife and two sons, advocate Ravi and inspector Sunil. One day Ravi brings home a poor girl Sharda to rehabilitate as she has no place to live after her dad expires. The family takes a liking to Sharda and subsequently arranges Ravi and Sharda's wedding. But on the wedding day a jailbird Jankidas suddenly arrives; claiming Sharda to be his wife and providing evidence to prove as such. Everyone is shocked including the Mayor, Kishanchand. Hereafter nothing is the same for the family anymore with Deenanath passing away out of shock; Ravi leaves the house, gets married to Sharda, gets into a fight with Jankidas which ended up leaving one of his henchman dead and is subsequently arrested by his younger brother inspector Sunil.

Story of love and war

Inspector Roshni is falsely implicated in a murder for trying to arrest a politician's son. A lawyer offers to fight for Roshni in court but betrays her by declaring her mentally unstable.

Shaitan (Joginder) needs to sacrifice seven young women so that he can attain immortality. He stumbles upon a man (Kamal Hassan), who had been worshiping Satan himself for many-many years. The man has grown old and also wishes to stay young forever. Shaitan signs a deal with him, granting temporary youth at first, that will become eternal after the sacrifice of the 7th and last young woman.

Ganga is sexually molested, assaulted, tortured and killed by a goon employed by Pagla Jaan, a Kolkata-based notorious gangster, whose wealth, power, and influence are beyond imagination. Deva undertakes to locate the killer, succeeds in his mission and beheads him publicly. Deva does not know that soon his friends' and family's lives will be endangered, and he, himself, will be hunted down - not only by an enraged Pagla Jaan and his army of goons - but also by the Police.
