Kathir is an Indian film actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his breakthrough playing the lead role in Madha Yaanai Koottam (2013), before gaining critical acclaim for his performance in Kirumi (2015). His award-winning portrayal of a law student from an oppressed caste in the film Pariyerum Perumal (2018) garnered rave reviews from critics.
