Intergalactic warrior Star Butterfly arrives on Earth to live with the Diaz family. She continues to battle villains throughout the universe and high school, mainly to protect her extremely powerful wand, an object that still confuses her.

Luz, a self-assured teenage human girl, accidentally stumbles upon a portal to a magical new world where she befriends a rebellious witch, Eda, and an adorably tiny warrior, King.

Star returns to her home dimension of Mewni where she discovers that magic is disappearing throughout the kingdom. Star must dig deep and challenge archnemesis Ludo in an effort to save her family and kingdom.

The story of a flustered young priest and a tricksy gargoyle with a taste for communion wine! Both characters are (again) taken from a longer and older story- about pirates, actually.... The little priest, Chance, doesn't make a terribly effective pirate. But the gargoyle does!
