Biography
Bachelor's degree in Social Communications at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and a degree in Directing by CCC. In 2003 he finished his first documentary feature film La canción del pulque. His subsequent work was Los ladrones viejos and El cielo abierto, both have won awards and honorable mentions.

The case of Héctor Rángel, who disappeared in 2009. Through various testimonies, primarily that of the Rangel sisters, the investigation explores violence, lawlessness, and ethics in mexican society.

How do you tell a child that his father or his brother’s actions destroy a society’s social fabric, when they think it’s normal to follow that moral code?
