When rancher, Don Trinidad is on his deathbed, he confesses to his fumbling son Rogelio, that he has two other illegitimate sons and that he wishes them to be included in his will. When Rogelio tracks them down, he discovers that each of them has a completely different life.

In this second part, the devil (Alfonso Zayas) returns to earth in search of a cure for his loss of masculinity; while Gerardo (Jorge Rivero), the rich and handsome character, continues to seduce his beloved.

Caught in committing adultery with her lover, Mari Gaila is caged naked and punished by the people.

Inheriting the mansion of a forgotten aunt, José Luis, a simple apothecary leaves the countryside for the capital. When he arrives, he discovers that it is a brothel, inhabited by a bunch of beautiful girls.

The film continues the outrageous antics of its eccentric patrons and staff, blending slapstick humor, misadventures, and love triangles. As the bar faces more outrageous situations, the characters find themselves in increasingly absurd and funny circumstances, maintaining the lively spirit of the previous films in the series.
