Just as the truth begins to surface, Naomi is kidnapped by the smugglers. The shocking mastermind behind the smuggling ring turns out to be an international spy organization. Can the Yamazaki Ichimon rescue Naomi—and clear both Himuro and Tamura of all charges?!

Himuro and Tamura put an end to the suffering of Munakata, the leader of the Fujishiro-gumi of the Marukami-kai, and expanded the Kyowa-kai to the Kanto region, but soon after, they receive news of Munakata's suicide.
