The movie consists of two satirical novels based on the same idea: both the "gangsters" and "philanthropists" end up in the courtroom.

But some ruthless profiteers pose as government representatives and intend to make off with loot from a deserted town they took over. One honest man stands up against them because he believes these goods belong to the people.

In Masuria, trade moves to the water during summer. Tourists who enjoy sailing and canoeing are served by the “Jaś” floating shop. Bread, canned food and drinks are sold there. A full-day tour of the waterways and marinas becomes an opportunity to present the charms of the Great Lakes.

After the 1957 jazz festival in Sopot, the city is still hectic. However, the resort is a bit different. Tourists rest on the beach, in the afternoon they stroll along the pier and the promenade. In the evening, they have fun in clubs.
