Biography
Kerstin Hedeby only acted in one role, that of Marianne Gunnar Björnstrand's daughter in Ingmar Bergman's Kvinnodröm (Dreams of Women / Dreams). She is an artist and also worked as a decorator and costume designer in many theatres throughout Sweden, often for Ingmar Bergman. Some of her costume designs decorated the walls of Bergman's home on the island of Fårö.

Dreams
This television film records Ingmar Bergman’s Copenhagen stage production of Molière’s The Misanthrope, presented as a guest performance at the Royal Danish Theatre. The play centers on Alceste, a man who rejects social hypocrisy and flattery, whose rigid principles are tested by his love for the socially adept Célimène.
