Tuulikki Paananen (February 19, 1915 – October 10, 1974) was a Finnish-American actress and dancer active during the 1930's and 40's.

The Finnish Broadcasting Corporation's autumn parade in the Helsinki Messuhalli live and a hilarious short film made from it, "a potpourri of Lahti-Helsinki on the waves" for the radio receivers of the time all over Finland, namely the audio tape of the event. Entertainers included Lauttapojat and Rytmipojat, a genuine cheek soloist, master impersonator Viktor and the Whistling Baron. The highlight of the evening was Tuulikki Paananen bringing a breath of Hollywood.
