Synopsis
A new epidemic is gripping the country: smoking pot, cannabis per se, is corrupting the youth and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. Is that so? Eventually, the German government comes up with the idea of renting an island in the Mediterranean where all the country's stoners can be shipped off to be self-sufficient on the spot. Steve, who has just been ordered there by his father, soon realizes that not everything is as it seems...
