Synopsis
Drug trafficking, money laundering and racketeering are some of the obstacles/problems Cesar Arizpe has to deal with as a Drug Enforcement Agent. Fighting crime on both sides of the Texas/Mexico border he becomes more and more involved in his investigation. With so much work, Agent Cesar Arizpe barely finds time to spend with his family and that becomes even a bigger problem.
