Synopsis
Sergio Dicovsky was arrested and disappeared on November 19, 1974, during the government of MarĂa Estela MartĂnez de PerĂłn. Mariano Minestrelli's documentary accompanies his brother, Miguel Dicovsky, in the investigation and becomes a key testimony document in elucidating the events.
