The Homecoming: A Short Film About Ajamu

A filmmaker talks about his work and love life with an unseen friend behind the camera. We also watch four of his short films.

Openly gay, Mapplethorpe took images of male sex, nudity, and fetish to extremes that resulted in his work still being labelled by some as pornography masquerading as art.
