Dans une petite ville non loin de Buenos Aires, un petit groupe de personnes s'organise pour relancer l'économie de la région. Mais lorsqu'ils sont victimes d'une arnaque, leurs espoirs s'envolent. Pour récupérer leur argent volé, ils tentent le coup de leur vie.

Dick Harper, cadre supérieur de l'industrie spatiale est brutalement licencié. Les allocations chomage lui sont bientot supprimées, et malgré une restriction de leur train de vie, Dick et sa femme Jane, se retrouvent vite sans ressources. Hélas pour eux, madame Connelly est moins accommodante et fragile qu'escompté et ses continuelles exigences finissent par leur pourrir la vie. Alex et Nancy décident alors de réagir...

In the Dominican Republic, Genaro works in a small family store and lives with his mother in a poor neighborhood. He is learning a few words in English and dreams of being a Sanky Panky to marry an American tourist to move to the USA with a VISA and have a better life. He calls his friend Giuseppe, who is a hotel manager in Bávaro, and applies for a job entertaining children but hoping to find a wealthy tourist. Genaro meets the beautiful Martha, who has come with her aunts Dorothy and Helen, to forget her fiancée after calling off her wedding. Genaro calls his best friends, Chelo and Carlitos, to go out with the aunts and experience it alone with Martha. Martha only speaks English and Genaro only knows a few words of English, but everything goes as planned until Martha's boyfriend arrives at the resort and complicates everything.

Geeky-looking Sebas is a surprisingly good classical musician. He’s also a complete unknown in the criminal underworld, and as a new newbie on the police force, that makes him the perfect man for a dangerous mission: to go undercover as a keyboard player for “Los Lolos”, a cheesy flamenco-trap band, who have been hired to play at the wedding of a local mafia boss’ daughter that a major drug trafficker will be attending. Sebas is keen to take on the mission, blissfully unaware that he will turn out to be even cheesier than Lolo, the band’s lead singer, and fall in love with his sister, Luci. Now Sebas will face a tough choice: remain loyal to his new friends or complete his police mission.
