Synopsis
Built after the International Exhibition 58 in Brussels, the "Cité administrative" has been recently sold by the State to a private investor. What do its inhabitants think about this? How did they live and work in such a modern architecture? And what does such an architecture indeed mean? Now abandoned by its former inhabitants, the Cité is still haunted by their memories..
