Synopsis
A young Belgium film student discovers the hidden miracles of Hanoi, Vietnam. Since she did not speak the language, the film is mainly about looking – very careful and intense looking, with a visual poetry as result. It shows the beauty of decay and survival in a small street that is in fact a railway.
