Synopsis
This piece combines segments from important non-english films in such a way that when these segments are combined together they sound like wĭn'ə-pěg' sĭn'ə-mə-těk' phonetically. One of the intents of this piece is to allow the films themselves to pay homage to the cinema that played and supported them.
