Police officers from the Warsaw Homicide Department are trying to arrest a dangerous Armenian criminal.

Two new female police officers struggle to survive a force filled with corrupt superiors and the brutal world of the criminal mafia.

A policeman gets killed and the short-staffed police chief sends for a few experienced officers to support him in his fight with organized crime. Meanwhile, a conflict between local gangster groups escalates.

When an explosion at a gas station kills a policeman, "Gebbels" from homicide is assigned to the case. The investigation leads him to the trail of a bomb maker and kidnapper, behind dozens of attacks in Poland initiating a confrontation and all-out war.
