Synopsis
Ravunni Nair and Saraswathi Amma were colleagues teaching in the same school. They eventually got married, when the former was 45 and the latter was 40. The greatest sorrow of their life was that they were childless. After retirement from school, Maya, a friend's daughter, comes to stay with them.
