He meets a strange boy named Assaji, who can predict the future, a monk with only one eye and Depa. Siddhartha continues traveling. The wandering knight, Bedivere, reaches the end of his journey. It is A.D. 1273 in Jerusalem. The film's plot follows that of the game closely. Nariko, a member of an ancient tribe who have guarded an ancient magical sword for thousands of years, is charged with bringing the sword to its destined wielder, a deity reincarnated who will bring peace to the land. But on her quest, Nariko must wield the sword herself against the forces of King Bohan, who wishes to possess the weapon himself.

The plot involves the coming of Lucifer to the Sanctuary, where his underlings systematically dispose of the surviving Gold Saints. Athena goes to Lucifer to ask for peace, placing herself in peril. The Bronze Saints must then come to her rescue, destroying Lucifer's Fallen Angels (Seima Tenshi in Japanese) in the process.

Banished for 14 years due to court intrigue, Prince Rama retreated to the forest with his beautiful wife Sita. She is saved by Seiya from an assassin sent to kill her. Saori then learns she is the reincarnation of the Goddess Athena with Seiya being one of her Saints sworn to protect her. Upon learning of her destiny, she heads to the Sanctuary to rebel against the Pope's murderous plot.

Hyoga is missing somewhere in Asgard... When Seiya and the others are looking for him, Athena is kidnapped and they have to rescue her from Dolvar and some mysterious warriors.

Revival of Evangelion is a re-edit of the Neon Genesis Evangelion films , released in 1998.
