Synopsis
In July 2011, the documentary “Unveil the Truth I - Government Virus” exposed the Taiwanese government’s cover-up of the HPAI H5N2 outbreak. Despite initial denial and threats against director Kevin Lee, he continued his investigation, leading to the sequel “Unveil the Truth II.” Lee actively participated by mailing dead chickens to officials and pressing charges. On March 3, 2013, under pressure, officials admitted to the outbreak.
