Alors que des flics incompétents font appel à une équipe SWAT et tentent un sauvetage à la sauvette, Michael doit garder le voleur calme, découvrir ce qu'il y a dans la caisse, aider les négociations et revenir à Rae. Le syndrome de Stockholm affirme son effet.
