Synopsis
A STORY ABOUT LOVE AND VIOLENCE. Linz, 12 March 1938: Milena, a young communist, is in a secret relationship with the seamstress Anne. Faced with the Austrofascist government under Schuschnigg and the Nazi invasion, she is at a loss as to whether she should stay with Anne in Linz or return to her family in Southern Carinthia. As she is trying to figure out what to do, she meets Johann, a soldier in the Wehrmacht, who is very keen to get to know her better.
