Rachar en dous
Synopsis
Rachar en dous is born out of an intimate and reflective internal state. It is a moment of vital inflection marked by doubt and uncertainty, a kind of gentle acceptance that finally becomes an act of rebellion against the very process of creation, manifesting itself in the film’s very own material nature. Within that transit, a female body enters into dialogue with the various places and landscapes of San Sadurniño. The corporeal gesture appears as a kind of sensitive exploration; a movement that includes contemplation, nostalgia, a search for a kind of dance with the environment. The dance or the performative gesture as a mediation between the interiority and territory, between intimacy and spatiality. It is not so much a depiction as a listening: the landscape, the interior time, and the questions that run through the body.
