Poder à Moda Antiga
Synopsis
A psychologist, a dominatrix, an aspiring businessman, and a film crew cross paths on a seemingly aimless journey, composing a stark portrait of relationships marked by manipulation, wear and tear, and the latent violence of the present. Rejecting any idea of "politically correct" behavior, the film adopts a decidedly pessimistic view of the contemporary world, in a deliberately raw, uncomfortable, and "old-fashioned" register – an expression that suggests a certain behavioral purity – where the characters do not seek to please or offer redemption.
