Synopsis
Immerse yourself in the sparkling and colorful world of Pulcinella! Born from the collaboration between choreographer Richard Alston and British painter Howard Hodgkin, this ballet is inspired by the commedia dell’arte. Created in 1987 for the Rambert Ballet, Pulcinella skillfully combines romance and humor with Igor Stravinsky’s magnificent score, itself inspired by Jean-Baptiste Pergolesi’s music.
