Synopsis
"The video is composed of five sequences, accompanied by different sounds—ambient recordings that are difficult to identify and appear disconnected from the images. The way they follow one another evokes the discontinuity of dreams. I worked from audio memories captured during my stay in Japan between 2019 and 2022, selecting the most persistent or haunting sounds, reflecting my ambivalent relationship with Japanese soundscapes."
