Synopsis
In a rapidly growing Moroccan city, an influential group of politicians and powerful businessmen orchestrates a Machiavellian plan: they manipulate Nabil, a petty pickpocket, into becoming a supposed political activist. They propel him to the head of the town hall with a simple objective: to use his position to serve their interests by swindling the city's inhabitants.
