The Lot
Synopsis
Placed in a liberating landscape of Barcelona, Spain, Nicole's final days at school turn into an absolute tragedy: She is being terrorized. Someone is after her, someone whose presence she cannot escape. Nicole does not feel supported by the people around her, nor by her psychiatrist, who is completely sure that Nicole is sick and paranoid. Her only true friend is a fisherman, to whom she writes letters when she feels the most emotional. After she gets a chance to participate in a competition that could possibly change her life forever, because it is far away from Barcelona, Nicole starts unraveling the truth. But are you ever allowed to be truthful in this bizarre, layered system?
