Synopsis
A year after inheriting his dead mother's asian massage parlor, 20 year old Hugo struggles to keep the business afloat. When his younger sister, Angela, returns from college, her newly found independence and distance from the rundown parlor brings the two siblings at odds with each other. From Hugo’s obsession with saving up money for a new neon sign, Angela’s harrowing encounter with an old customer, to a more successful neighboring massage parlor breathing down their necks, this slice of life explores the quiet tensions that have arisen amidst their mother’s postmortem.
