Synopsis
Sagan Lockhart's Paris De Noche is an innovative skate film blending vibrant cityscapes with a unique artistic vision. Filmed across urban hubs like Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Paris, the project reimagines traditional skate video aesthetics by pairing stunning cinematography with an original score. The music, crafted by Alex Sowinski of BADBADNOTGOOD under his Group Climate moniker, evokes vintage influences, creating a cohesive audio-visual experience reminiscent of classic skate films while pushing boundaries. The film, directed by Naquan Rollings and produced by Lockhart, stars a talented ensemble of skaters including Jahmir Brown and Carlisle Aikens. It debuted alongside a viewing/listening event at Los Angeles’ HVW8 Gallery, emphasizing Lockhart’s role as both a storyteller and cultural curator.
