The Silva Method
Synopsis
A six-minute meeting of meditation and the unpredictability of the cinematic language. José Silva’s method is based on spiritualist insights and mindfulness techniques meant to enhance human abilities and streamline perception. The aim is to reach and maintain a mental state called Alpha, where information is perceived as thoughts, images, sensations, smells, tastes, and sound.
