Synopsis
A documentary which examines the life and film work of William G. Beal, a pioneer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, local broadcasting who wrote and produced the "Pitt Parade," one of the earliest television programs to focus on local news, and operated his own film production company from the 1950s through the 1990s, producing over 160 industrial films for clients including PPG, Alcoa, and Kennywood.
