Synopsis
The story revolves around the central romance between Premadasa (Aruna Shanthi) and Mallika (Ayesha Weerakoon). True to the "Love Contest" title, their relationship is challenged by social pressures and rival characters. The antagonist Wickrama (played by Mark Samaranayake) acts as a primary foil to their love, often attempting to thwart Premadasa's efforts to be with Mallika.
