Synopsis
The data shows that online learning makes it difficult for Deaf friends, they have difficulty understanding the material presented because there are no supporting facilities, Deaf friends' complaints are summarized in the facts obtained. Based on this, interviews were conducted with two main parties, namely Deaf friends and agencies. This aimed to obtain comparative information about what was happening in Deaf friends' lives and how the relevant agencies responded.
