Martyr in a Safe Space
Synopsis
Hey gang, I shot this special on 2/22/22. No budget, no fancy producers, no sleezy network execs asking me to explain jokes. Just a couple of friends with cameras and some wet ass polished material on my mind. At the time, freedom of speech in comedy and the role of comedians in our society was a heated discussion. Oh shit, still topical! Anyway, in the spirit of that 2'sday date, thought I’d give my 2 cents for my 2nd special. “Martyr in a Safe Space” because that’s basically what a comedian is nowadays, at a comedy show at least. Outside you’re on your own. Are you willing to die for your jokes?
