300 ans après notre ère, la Terre vit meurtrie des blessures causées par l'inconscience de l'homme. Le monde est désormais dominé par la toute puissance des esprits de la forêt qui infligent à l'humanité leur colère pour les souffrances passées. Dans ce nouveau monde, coexistent deux cités : Ragna, qui œuvre pour le retour de la civilisation, et la Cité Neutre, qui prône l'harmonie avec la forêt. Mais le destin s'en mêle lorsqu'Agito réveille par hasard Toola, une jeune fille du temps passé, conservée mystérieusement dans un sanctuaire interdit. Le fragile équilibre qui régente cette Terre est à nouveau menacé par l'apparition de celle à qui le passé a confié une mission : Toola.

Sur l’île fictionnelle d’Orphalese, Almitra, une petite fille de huit ans, rencontre Mustafa, prisonnier politique assigné à résidence. Contre toute attente, cette rencontre se transforme en amitié. Ce même jour, les autorités apprennent à Mustafa sa libération. Des gardes sont chargés de l’escorter immédiatement au bateau qui le ramènera vers son pays natal. Sur son chemin, Mustafa partage ses poèmes et sa vision de la vie avec les habitants d’Orphalese. Almitra, qui le suit discrètement, se représente ces paroles dans des séquences oniriques visuellement éblouissantes. Mais lorsqu’elle réalise que les intentions des gardes sont beaucoup moins nobles qu’annoncées, elle fait tout son possible pour aider son ami. Arrivera-t-elle à le sauver ?

One night, the Nohara family were enjoying a pleasant dream, when suddenly a big fish appeared in their dreams and ate them. The next morning, Hiroshi read in the newspaper that everybody in another town had the same nightmare as him, but it seemed to have ended. But Hiroshi also heard the same dream from Misae, Shinnosuke, Himawari and even Shiro. They were surprised and thought if the same thing is happening in Kasukabe too. In kindergarten, on telling others about his nightmare, Shinnosuke was surprised to know that everybody too had the same dream. Then a mysterious girl named Saki was transferred to Futaba Kindergarten and joined Shinnosuke's class. Everyone in the class, including the rather inactive Bo-chan, were all excited and happy on seeing her. But Saki had a cold attitude and didn't get along well.

Nobita and Doraemon use time tree Mochi and catch a big bird, which has been extinct for 500 years ago. To protect the animal, Nobita and Doraemon go to Beremon Island, overseen by a golden beetle named Herakles.

Shizuka ends up in the fantasy world of the 'Arabian Nights' story. However, Doraemon, Nobita, Suneo, and Jyaian must find her from the imaginary Middle East and bring her back to the real life.

After a typhoon hits Nobita's town, he and Doraemon discover a wind sprite who, with some help from Doraemon's 22nd-century tech, takes them and their friends to a fantastic world of wind and storm people. But the wind sprite, named Fuuko by Nobita, had brought them to her world for a reason, as her peoples' gods are battling, and Suneo might be a key player in their feud.
