Synopsis
The treasure "Taylor-Burton," stolen from the Art Institute of Chicago by the thief No. 13, is in the underground hideout of a mafia who is active in the Otogi-cho 3rd Street area. The FBI, having received information, attempts to recover the "Taylor-Burton" with all their might, but the boss's dog, Sally, gets them into a messy fight. The worst jewelry fight in history between the Mafia, the FBI, a psychic, a cleaning man, and a stupid dog! Who will have the last laugh?
