Kadir is a successful university student. Shaken by the disappearance of his sister Duygu when he was only 7 years old, Kadir has been communicating with jinn ever since. Now a young man, Kadir is studying at the Faculty of Communication and has plans to make a documentary. Determined to film a documentary in a 400-year-old village from the Ottoman era, Kadir convinces his friends to join him and sets out on his journey.

Yılmaz and Sinan, who want to go to the village where the film was shot to do some research, set off with their girlfriends Eda and Sema to keep watch over them. Upon arriving at the village where the events took place, the friends head to a cemetery. Without wasting any time, the group begins to dig up the grave of an Armenian nun who was buried 400 years ago with a bracelet on her arm. However, the talismans that appear as they begin digging the grave lead to terrifying events.

Demon 3: Desolate Scream tells the story of a young woman who encounters terrible situations while trying to find out what the beings she sees are. Zeynep, who has been suffering from a neurological disorder for a while, begins to experience forgetfulness. Zeynep, who sees some beings at the same time, cannot understand whether they are related to her illness or not. Suspecting that the beings she sees may be from the Realm of the Phantoms, Zeynep sets out to find out. Meanwhile, Zeynep's 6-year-old sister, Elif, mysteriously disappears. The family is devastated by Elif's disappearance. But something more terrifying awaits them.
