Synopsis
Marko Doringer’s life is marked by recurring depressions. The filmmaker asks what expectations he wants to and can have of happiness under these circumstances and looks to his partner, longtime friends, former places of longing, and his parents’ house for answers. The result of this search is an intimate documentary about the complex interplay and opposition of family, masculinity, care, responsibility, and fragility.
